Meowzma
"Speedy! Show that overblown bag of wind who's boss!"
The second member of the Rescue Team, his elemental is that of the earth; when called into action, he comes equipped with a tunneling suit, complete with giant shoulder drills and elbow blades that allow him to dig into the ground DEEP. He can also generate a decent-sized tornado out of the dirt by himself; kinda nifty, huh?
He's otherwise known as Meowzma, "The Mole Cat". One more detail: he's married.
Each of the four Rescue Team members have their own pizza parlors in the city's suburban areas; they launch from there when the Pizza Cats need help. I forget which one Meowzma's is.
