Emperor Fred

The funniest of the funny. The most insane of the insane. The one, the only Emperor Fred. There isn't much to say about him; although he says other things on occasion, the only things he will ever say are variations of the word "Fred", which is about 98% of the time. Judging by the way he acts, we tend to believe that he likes scat music. Honestly; we don't know why Empress Frieda married him in the first place, or why Vi always looks up to him (except for that one time, but that's another story).
